  • In-Stock Hardware: Once your payment (via credit card, bank wire, or cryptocurrency) is fully cleared and verified, in-stock hardware is typically processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Pre-Order Batches: Pre-ordered items are shipped according to the specific manufacturer production and release schedules (e.g., Bitmain, MicroBT, or Canaan release windows) clearly outlined on the product page at the time of your purchase.
  • Transit Times: We utilize express air shipping for standard orders, which generally takes 7 to 14 business days globally. Bulk fleet orders are shipped via certified freight forwarders, and transit timelines will be provided directly by your account manager.
