Welcome to My Crypto Farm. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your relationship with the [https://www.mycryptofarm.com](https://www.mycryptofarm.com) website (the “Service”, “Storefront”) and any purchases of cryptocurrency mining hardware, accessories, or hosting services operated by My Crypto Farm (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing our catalog or initiating a transaction. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Professional and Operator Representation

By purchasing industrial-grade cryptocurrency mining equipment (ASIC miners) from My Crypto Farm, you represent and warrant that:

  • You possess the necessary technical knowledge, engineering capability, and electrical infrastructure required to operate high-voltage, high-density computing machinery safely.
  • You understand that these units are specialized commercial hardware, not standard household consumer electronics.
  • You are of legal age (at least 18 years old) and possess the legal authority to enter into binding financial contracts.

2. Hardware Pricing and Market Volatility

2.1 Real-Time Pricing Adjustments

The cryptocurrency mining market is highly volatile. Pricing for ASIC hardware is directly tied to digital asset valuations, network mining difficulty, and global manufacturer supply chains. Consequently, we reserve the right to alter pricing for any hardware or service listed on our storefront at any moment without prior notice.

2.2 Order Price Protection

The price displayed at the time your payment is fully cleared and finalized is your locked-in purchase price. My Crypto Farm will not issue retroactive partial refunds, store credits, or inventory adjustments if manufacturer pricing or market valuations drop after your transaction is processed. Conversely, we will never charge you additional fees if hardware market rates spike while your unit is in transit.

3. Purchases, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Storefront, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction, including your billing address, shipping address, and financial credentials.

3.1 Payment Verification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspected fraud. We utilize strict anti-fraud screening protocols; card transactions are subject to 3D-Secure (3DS) authentication, and bank wire transactions must be initiated within the timeframe specified on your Proforma Invoice.

3.2 Cryptocurrency Gateway Fees

When choosing to pay via our digital asset gateway, you are strictly responsible for ensuring the exact invoice total is transmitted over the correct native network protocol (e.g., native Bitcoin network or Ethereum ERC-20 network). Any transactional shortfall caused by outgoing wallet exchange fees or gas deductions deducted directly from the principal total must be settled before your order is cleared for logistics fulfillment.

4. Fulfillment, Shipping, and International Customs

All physical hardware shipments are bound by our comprehensive Shipping Policy:

  • Insured Logistics: All shipments include full-value transit insurance to protect your investment against courier loss or physical structural damage.
  • Signature Mandate: For security and asset protection, all deliveries strictly require a direct adult signature upon physical arrival.
  • Customs and Tariffs: International shipments are dispatched under DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The buyer assumes sole structural and financial responsibility for customs clearance, local value-added taxes ($VAT$), tariffs, and import duties within their home jurisdiction.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Factory Warranties

5.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the rapid shifts in blockchain network difficulty and digital currency values, all purchases of hardware and specialized components are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a payment has cleared.

5.2 Manufacturer Warranty Alignment

Brand-new hardware is covered strictly under the official factory warranty underwritten by the respective manufacturer (e.g., Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan). Repair requests, component diagnostics, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) claims must be navigated directly through the manufacturer’s official repair network.

6. Prohibited Operational Uses & Warranty Voidance

You agree to operate all equipment purchased from My Crypto Farm in accordance with manufacturer environmental baselines. Your in-house or factory warranty will be rendered entirely void if hardware damage is caused by:

  • Improper electrical configurations, power surges, or inadequate commercial/residential wiring.
  • Environmental negligence, including operating equipment in unventilated, high-humidity, dusty, or choked thermal settings.
  • Software manipulation, including flashing unapproved third-party custom firmware or overvolting computing chips beyond safe factory parameters.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, layout, graphics, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Crypto Farm and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and brand assets may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall My Crypto Farm, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of digital assets, operational downtime, equipment burnout, data loss, utility or electricity overhead surges, or property damage resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
  • The deployment and physical operation of any hardware purchased through our storefront.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of our secure payment gateways or servers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our corporate entity is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service or purchase hardware after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cease using the website and its purchasing channels.
